 | About Me..Hi, I'm Nikki and welcome to 'Cake an Impression!' Baking is such a passion of mine and I've been making cakes for years, mainly for family and friends. I then decided to put myself on a course to learn the skills and techniques to do it professionally. I now have a masters in sugarcraft - from cake decorating, modelling animals to creating beautiful flowers. I make cakes for any occasion: birthdays, children's, weddings, christenings, novelty and cupcakes. All my cakes are homemade, using the freshest ingredients, with free range eggs and filled with real buttercream which ensures my cakes always taste as good as they look. |

These could be light & moist maderia sponge filled with raspberry jam & buttercream, lemon sponge filled with lemon curd and lemon buttercream, rich chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream / chocolate ganache or my favourite: heavenly fruit cake moist with plump fruits and laced with brandy!
